    Mostly correct but…
    Most of those are fine but I strongly disagree with not taking a phone. It is a necessity to take a phone with you. In case of an accident or a problem you have to be able to call for help / assistance.

      I had read that you should bring a fork and spoon. Is this necessary or should I stick with the do not bring? And for the phone, I agree for emergencies, but also for a camera and possibly music. I tend to “get lost” in my music. Helps me zone out from the world. But that is probably a personal preference.
